“CrossFit is Family to me!!”

  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    I found out about Crossfit while going through EMT school in 2009, not thinking that it could compare to the way I worked out prior, but man was I in for a surprise. I started Crossfit shortly after, changed my career path to become a Crossfit trainer, and never looked back. I’m currently a Kinesiology major, just trying to further my knowledge on what I love to do. Exercise fast and hard with my friends.
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    So many to choose from but I’d have to go with the short, yet so sweet “Amanda”. Great combo of weightlifting and gymnastics!
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    I love Muscle-Ups. Not only do I love to do them but I love to watch the excitement of people that get their first one!!!
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    Taylor Swift and anything 90’s POP!
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    Besides Crossfit, I’m a student, but I also, just love to cook. More specifically, I love to cook for my beautiful wife.
