  1. How did you hear about CrossFit?
    My sister started doing CrossFit and was always bugging me to join in with her. I started by doing workouts in my backyard and at 24hr fitness. Then I finally joined in October 2011!
  2. What is your favorite WOD?
    I really love any of the “girl” WOD’s but I especially love Diane and Cindy.
  3. Favorite exercise or lift?
    LOVE overhead squats and pistols!
  4. What would we find on your iTunes playlist?
    Country, Coldplay, and Imagine Dragons.
  5. What do you like to do besides CrossFit?
    I love cooking, reading, playing the piano and spending time with my husband!

Certifications: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Endurance, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, BS in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton, CPR/AED First Aid, Red Cross Lifeguard Certified
