Olympic Weightlifting Class

At CrossFit Chino Hills we value all elements of fitness. The Barbell & Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the two Olympic lifts “Snatch” and “Clean and Jerk.” Improving these two full-body movements aides in developing a better awareness of the body while improving flexibility and strength at the same time. This is a progressive fundamental class emphasizing technique and form for novice to advanced weightlifters.
